These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of pgisr.com (the "Site"), operated by PWI, Inc. and its Precision Ground Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (PGISR) division ("we," "us," or "our").

Your use of this Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms, which may be updated from time to time. The version in effect on the date you access the Site governs your use. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This Site is provided for lawful informational and business purposes only. You agree to use the Site only for purposes that are:

  • Consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
  • Not deceptive, harmful, or fraudulent
  • Not designed to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Site's operation or any connected systems
  • Not intended to obtain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems

You may not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to extract content from the Site in bulk without our prior written consent. This restriction does not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing that follows the Site's robots.txt instructions or lawful accessibility, performance, or security testing that does not disrupt the Site or compromise data.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layout, code, and the PGISR name and marks, is the property of PWI, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, print, and download content from the Site solely for your own internal informational use in connection with lawful business purposes, such as evaluating, procuring, or reviewing our products and services. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express prior written permission.

PWI, Inc. asserts rights in the name “PGISR.”

PWI, Inc. and its PGISR division design and manufacture products that may be subject to the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), administered by the US Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), administered by the US Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).

By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will not use this Site to solicit, receive, or transmit any export-controlled technical data, defense articles, or controlled technology in violation of applicable US export laws
  • Inquiries regarding products, technical specifications, or defense applications may be subject to export licensing requirements before we can respond
  • Access to certain product information, documentation, or briefings may be restricted to US persons or pre-approved foreign nationals only
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any information obtained from this Site complies with applicable export control laws

Violations of US export-control laws may carry civil or criminal penalties.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT PROVIDED ON IT ARE MADE AVAILABLE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not warrant that:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PWI, INC. AND ITS PGISR DIVISION, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT THEREON, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00).

If you are accessing this Site on behalf of a US federal, state, or local government entity, you acknowledge that any use of information obtained here in connection with a government procurement must comply with applicable acquisition regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding quotation, certified cost or pricing data, or a commitment to supply on any particular terms.

Inquiries submitted through the Site’s contact and briefing-request form are transmitted through Google Apps Script and reviewed by authorized PWI personnel for response. Our handling of that information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, or other restricted information through this Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of linked sites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those sites.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PWI, Inc., its PGISR division, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sedgwick County, Kansas, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PWI, Inc. with respect to your use of this Site, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to that subject matter.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
